Terms & Conditions
Deposit Policy:
All reservations require credit card deposit of 50% of total stay due at the time of booking. Your balance is due upon checking in – you must present the same credit card with a valid ID.
Cancellation Policy:
Reservations must be cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival for a 50% deposit refund.
No shows result in no refund.
During HIGH VOLUME seasons a refund will NOT be returned after 60 days prior to booking. See dates for high volume seasons below:

December 20th – January 2nd
Miscellaneous Policies:
Check in time – 3pm
Check out time – 11am
Rates are subject to change
No pets allowed – call ahead for service animals
Please note, ALL service animals must carry valid ID and paperwork
Children and Additional Persons Policy:
Children under 5 years of age stay free with an accompanied adult
Additional persons are US $30 per person, per night
Children are any person between the age of 6 and 12 years
Adults are any person above the age of 12 years
Taxes:
15% ISV + 4% Tourism Tax = 19% – NOT included in our rates

Currency - Lempira
USD Conversion - US$1.00 = L22.48
Should travel with US Currency.
Credit Cards - Visa & MasterCard are accepted.
Duty Free
The following goods may be imported without paying customs and duty fees.
500g of tobacco in any form
5L of wine or spirits
2kg of confectionary
Goods up to a total value of US$500
Passports & Visas
Visas not Required for:
Australian, British, Canadian, European, and US passport Holders
Return ticket required
