Deposit Policy:

• All reservations require credit card deposit of 50% of total stay due at the time of booking. Your balance is due upon checking in – you must present the same credit card with a valid ID.

Cancellation Policy:

• Reservations must be cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival for a 50% deposit refund.

• No shows result in no refund.

• During HIGH VOLUME seasons a refund will NOT be returned after 60 days prior to booking. See dates for high volume seasons below:
  
  

  • January 1st – April 30th

  • Easter Week

  • December 20th – January 2nd

Miscellaneous Policies:

• Check in time – 3pm

• Check out time – 11am

• Rates are subject to change

• No pets allowed – call ahead for service animals

  Please note, ALL service animals must carry valid ID and paperwork

Children and Additional Persons Policy:

• Children under 5 years of age stay free with an accompanied adult

• Additional persons are US $30 per person, per night
  
  

  • Children are any person between the age of 6 and 12 years

  • Adults are any person above the age of 12 years

Taxes:

15% ISV + 4% Tourism Tax = 19% – NOT included in our rates
